{"id":992,"date":"2018-07-31T12:24:59","date_gmt":"2018-07-31T12:24:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/?p=992"},"modified":"2026-06-30T11:53:04","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:53:04","slug":"perfil-del-turista-estadounidense-que-viaja-al-caribe-mexicano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/es\/perfil-del-turista-estadounidense-que-viaja-al-caribe-mexicano\/","title":{"rendered":"Perfil del turista estadounidense que viaja al caribe Mexicano"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>M\u00e9xico bate el record en n\u00famero de visitas en 2017 con 39.3 millones de turistas, analizamos el perfil y las percepciones del principal mercado internacional: los estadounidenses.<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo el pasado mes de febrero, el n\u00famero de viajeros que visit\u00f3 M\u00e9xico durante el a\u00f1o 2017 creci\u00f3 un 12% en comparaci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o 2016, este crecimiento se ha visto prolongado durante los primeros meses de este a\u00f1o. El informe publicado por DATATUR recoge los \u00faltimos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.datatur.sectur.gob.mx\/RAT\/RAT-2018-04(ES).pdf\">resultados de la actividad tur\u00edstica<\/a> desde enero hasta abril de 2018, durante los cuales llegaron un total de 13.9 millones de turistas internacionales, (un 10,2% m\u00e1s que en 2017). Durante este per\u00edodo, el mercado estadounidense destac\u00f3 con un 56.6% de llegadas al destino por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea, seguido por Canad\u00e1 con un 17,7%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mabrian.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mabrian Technologies<\/a> ha realizado un estudio sobre el perfil, caracter\u00edsticas y motivaciones de los estadounidenses interesados en el destino tur\u00edstico m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds, el Caribe Mejicano, a partir del an\u00e1lisis de sus espont\u00e1neas interacciones en Redes Sociales y portales de opini\u00f3n. M\u00e1s de 1,06 millones de menciones tur\u00edsticas y 164.000 valoraciones hoteleras en relaci\u00f3n la regi\u00f3n de Quinata Roo (Riviera Maya, Canc\u00fan e Isla Mujeres) han sido analizadas para este estudio, durante la primera mitad del a\u00f1o 2018 y el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-993\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/es1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2534\" height=\"971\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los \u00edndices de satisfacci\u00f3n creados por Mabrian, a partir de tecnolog\u00eda de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural e Inteligencia Artificial, permiten entender y medir las percepciones de los usuarios en relaci\u00f3n a aspectos calve para el destino: satisfacci\u00f3n Global (GTPi), con los Productos Tur\u00edsticos (TPi), con el Servicio Hotelerlo (HSi) y Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad (PSi) y Clim\u00e1tica (PCi).<\/p>\n<p>El mercado estadounidense refleja un nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n global con el destino muy bueno, no obstante, muestra una tendencia a la baja en pr\u00e1cticamente todos los \u00edndices, respecto del primer semestre de 2017. El \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n con el producto tur\u00edstico (TPi) es el que muestra mayor margen de mejora, al igual que el \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n hotelera (HSi), pese a ser el \u00fanico que crece en la comparativa interanual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-994\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/es2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2639\" height=\"1516\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Respecto a los intereses que muestran estos visitantes en sus interacciones en Redes Sociales, destacan los productos tur\u00edsticos cl\u00e1sicos de los destinos caribe\u00f1os: Sol y Playa, turismo Activo y Familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, es remarcable que el nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n mostrado por este mercado a cerca es de los productos tur\u00edsticos cl\u00e1sicos, refleja un notable descenso respecto del periodo anterior. Esta tendencia podr\u00eda ser un indicador de cierta saturaci\u00f3n en el destino, que repercute en la experiencia de los visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n ha incluido un an\u00e1lisis espec\u00edfico de la satisfacci\u00f3n mostrada por los estadounidenses con respecto a los servicios hoteleros.
