El titular es impactante: \u00abLisboa y Oporto registran m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n tur\u00edstica que ciudades como Londres, Par\u00eds o Barcelona\u00bb.<\/h3>\n<p>El estudio del IPDT establece comparaciones entre el n\u00famero de turistas que reciben estas ciudades y sus habitantes. As\u00ed, Lisboa recibe 9 visitantes anuales por cada residente; Oporto, 8. Otros destinos de referencia como Barcelona o Londres reciben entre 4 y 5 turistas por habitante, reflejando una menor presi\u00f3n tur\u00edstica que las capitales lusas, bajo este m\u00e9todo de c\u00e1lculo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1 afectando esta presi\u00f3n sobre la satisfacci\u00f3n de los visitantes de la capital del que en 2017 fue nombrado mejor destino tur\u00edstico del mundo (World Travel Awards)? \u00bfC\u00f3mo medir los efectos en la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes que optan por pasar sus vacaciones en las ciudades de m\u00e1s \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n<p>La herramienta de Inteligencia Tur\u00edstica desarrollada por<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Mabrian Technologies<\/a><\/strong> permite, entre otras cosas, evaluar las percepciones de los turistas en sus destinos, con \u00edndices que se calculan en base a menciones y comentarios reales en las principales Redes Sociales y plataformas de review. Un estudio de mercado abierto y en tiempo real que valora las opiniones espont\u00e1neas de cientos de miles de usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Entre el 1 de enero y el 8 de abril de 2018, la plataforma de <a href=\"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Mabrian<\/strong><\/a> ha analizado m\u00e1s de 398.000 menciones tur\u00edsticas en relaci\u00f3n a Lisboa. Filtradas mediante el algoritmo propio de la plataforma, desarrollado a lo largo de m\u00e1s de 6 a\u00f1os, especializado en t\u00e9cnicas de Procesamiento Natural del Lenguaje (PNL) y dotado de Inteligencia Artificial, ofrecen indicadores fiables a cerca de la percepci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica en aspectos como los productos y atracciones tur\u00edsticas, percepci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica y de seguridad, y satisfacci\u00f3n hotelera.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-854\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/esp-3-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2503\" height=\"1257\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El \u00cdndice de Satisfacci\u00f3n Global (GTPi) en Lisboa se sit\u00faa en 86,45 puntos sobre 100, en el periodo estudiado, un baremo que supera al de Londres (81,93 puntos, basados en m\u00e1s de 3.200.000 menciones) y al de Barcelona (83,09 puntos basados en 1.030.000 menciones).
