Durante el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o 2017 se puede observar c\u00f3mo ha incrementado el volumen de reservas de\u00a0 vuelos un 3,79%, que se traduce en aproximadamente 20.000 reservas m\u00e1s, seg\u00fan los datos de los principales GDS. No obstante, la estancia media del turista en el destino se reduce de 15 a 14 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos monitorizados por la plataforma de<a href=\"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Mabrian<\/a> en el tercer trimestre de 2017 (98,12 millones de menciones en redes y 38.739 reviews hoteleras), el visitante norteamericano con destino a Alemania, se muestra muy previsor y empieza a buscar sus vuelos una media de 87 d\u00edas antes del viaje, mientras que acaba formalizando la reserva 63 d\u00edas antes de la salida (de media).<\/p>\n<p>Estos patrones permiten identificar la denominada \u00abventana de oportunidad\u00bb que se abre entre el inicio del proceso de decisi\u00f3n y la compra final de los visitantes, en este caso, de 24 d\u00edas de media.<\/p>\n<p>El conocimiento de estos datos permite a los gestores de los destinos y operadores de oferta tur\u00edstica, incidir en el potencial cliente para reforzar su posicionamiento y animar la decisi\u00f3n final de compra justo en el momento de previo a la decisi\u00f3n. El incremento del retorno de las campa\u00f1as de marketing usando esta informaci\u00f3n es extraordinario.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-712\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Screen-Shot-2018-02-20-at-13.46.29-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1612\" height=\"772\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los \u00edndices de satisfacci\u00f3n que muestra el turista con el destino, los norteamericanos presentan un nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n global (GTPindex) muy bueno, de 78,38 sobre 100, casi dos puntos por encima de la media.\u00a0 La percepci\u00f3n de la seguridad del destino (PSindex) y la satisfacci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica (PCindex) tambi\u00e9n muestran \u00edndices muy positivos con 84,03 y 82,85 puntos respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la valoraci\u00f3n del producto tur\u00edstico en general (PTindex), la satisfacci\u00f3n mostrada por los estadounidenses, 63,17, est\u00e1 por debajo de la media (70,47) en comparaci\u00f3n a otros mercados de origen. Su principal motivaci\u00f3n durante su visita a Alemania son los atractivos culturales, especialmente los visitantes de Berl\u00edn, pero la satisfacci\u00f3n que muestran de estos atractivos es baja (38,05 sobre 100), siendo el principal indicador a mejorar por el destino.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la satisfacci\u00f3n con el servicio hotelero, destaca especialmente la buena valoraci\u00f3n que reciben los alojamientos de 3 estrellas con un \u00edndice de 73,36 puntos, mientras que la valoraci\u00f3n general de la planta hotelera se sit\u00faa en 72,47 puntos.<\/p>\n<p>Estos \u00edndices se calculan con avanzadas t\u00e9cnicas de PNL (Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural) que permiten extraer, a trav\u00e9s de algoritmos especializados y dotados de Inteligencia Artificial, el sentimiento de las menciones tur\u00edsticas recogidas por los usuarios del destino, junto con datos transaccionales del sector (vuelos, reservas, hoteles, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>El uso de diversas fuentes de datos permite a <a href=\"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mabrian<\/a> realizar un an\u00e1lisis multivariable que enriquece los datos y los convierte en un conocimiento sin precedentes del ciclo completo del turista, haciendo posible a los gestores de tomar decisiones m\u00e1s oportunas y rentables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los estadounidenses son el principal mercado intercontinental que visitan Alemania.
