Espa\u00f1a registra el menor ratio de dependencia de la temporada alta (52,8%), seg\u00fan el <em>Ratio de Dependencia sobre el Verano*<\/em>, seguida de Portugal (54,5%) e Italia (58,7%). De enero a marzo, la demanda est\u00e1 impulsada principalmente por parejas procedentes de pa\u00edses cercanos que se alojan en establecimientos de gama media; mientras que entre octubre y diciembre se observa una maor presencia de mercados europeos consolidados, con viajeros m\u00e1s propensos a prolongar la temporada estival y optar por hoteles de categor\u00eda superior.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22692\" srcset=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP2.jpeg 1200w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP2-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP2-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP2-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los datos apuntan a que los eventos en destino tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1an un papel clave en la dinamizaci\u00f3n de la demanda en temporada baja. <\/strong>Como se\u00f1al\u00f3 Emilio In\u00e9s durante el Seasonality Summit, <em>\u201cLos eventos son org\u00e1nicamente contra estacionales: as\u00ed, entre el 53% y el 72% de los eventos en los destinos estudiados tienen lugar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la temporada alta, y entre el 58% y el 73% de la asistencia total a estas citas se concentra en temporada baja, lo que convierte a los eventos en un aut\u00e9ntico motor para la demanda no estacional.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conectividad, clima, precios y experiencias: palancas para mitigar la estacionalidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe subraya que, para aprovechar el potencial de la temporada baja, es necesario comprender con detalle las motivaciones de los viajeros, alinear los calendarios vacacionales y de eventos con los productos tur\u00edsticos, y orientar con mayor precisi\u00f3n las estrategias para los mercados emisores bien conectados. <strong>La percepci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica, los precios m\u00e1s competitivos, y una oferta de experiencias dise\u00f1ada a medida de la temporada media y baja son tambi\u00e9n factores que el estudio se\u00f1ala como cruciales para redistribuir la demanda de forma m\u00e1s homog\u00e9nea a lo largo del a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP3.jpeg 1200w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP3-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP3-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP3-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La conectividad a\u00e9rea en los cinco destinos analizados seguir\u00e1 expandi\u00e9ndose a finales de 2026. <\/strong>Entre octubre y diciembre de este a\u00f1o, un total de 96,64 millones de asientos conectar\u00e1n Italia, Espa\u00f1a, Grecia, Croacia y Portugal, lo que representa un incremento del +4,6% respecto al mismo periodo de 2025. Todos los destinos crecer\u00e1n en plazas a\u00e9reas disponibles en el cuarto trimestre de 2026, salvo Portugal (-2,5%); y Grecia lidera la expansi\u00f3n con un +10,7%, seguida de Espa\u00f1a (+5,4%) e Italia (+4,2%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el experto de Data Appeal, <strong><em>\u201caprovechar los corredores desde mercados emisores con una conectividad en expansi\u00f3n durante la temporada baja es esencial, como tambi\u00e9n lo es fortalecer las redes a\u00e9reas que se extienden m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la temporada alta\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Esto incluye tanto aerol\u00edneas de bajo coste (especialmente relevantes en Italia y Espa\u00f1a) como compa\u00f1\u00edas tradicionales, que est\u00e1n ampliando capacidad durante la temporada baja en Italia, Espa\u00f1a y Grecia. En Croacia y Portugal, la conectividad en temporada baja representa una media del 58,5% de la capacidad total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe resalta <strong>el papel de la percepci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica como ventaja competitiva creciente y como reclamo para estimular la demanda en temporada baja<\/strong>, especialmente entre viajeros recurrentes de corta y media distancia, as\u00ed como entre segmentos con m\u00e1s flexibilidad, como j\u00f3venes adultos, n\u00f3madas digitales y viajeros s\u00e9nior. <strong>Bas\u00e1ndose en el \u00cdndice de Percepci\u00f3n de Clima (PCI), el estudio identifica \u201cventanas de oportunidad clim\u00e1tica\u201d <\/strong>en las que las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas reales superan las expectativas del viajero. Italia, Espa\u00f1a y Grecia suelen presentar dos ventanas, a finales de invierno y al inicio de primavera y oto\u00f1o, mientras que Croacia y Portugal cuentan con una ventana adicional en primavera.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP4.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22700\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cCuando se cruzan estos datos con los calendarios vacacionales de los mercados emisores, es evidente que estos periodos representan oportunidades significativas para impulsar la demanda en temporada baja\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, destaca el ejecutivo de Data Appeal. El informe apunta que Reino Unido, Alemania y Francia constituyen la base estructural de la demanda en temporada baja, con un 63%, 60% y 53% de sus vacaciones concentradas fuera de los meses de verano.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ESP5.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22704\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El precio tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1a un papel decisivo en la configuraci\u00f3n de la demanda.<strong> En invierno de 2026, las tarifas hoteleras en los destinos analizados fueron significativamente inferiores a las del verano de 2025, con reducciones medias del 24,6% en hoteles de 3 estrellas, del 22,4% en hoteles de 4 estrellas y cercanas a un tercio en establecimientos de 5 estrellas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el informe destaca que <strong>muchas de las actividades tur\u00edsticas m\u00e1s atractivas para quienes visitan estos destinos europeos<\/strong> (que incluyen experiencias culturales, de naturaleza, gastron\u00f3micas y de turismo activo) <strong>son menos estacionales por naturaleza, por tanto, f\u00e1cilmente adaptables para atraer a viajeros todo el a\u00f1o<\/strong>, lo que se traduce en un gran potencial para redistribuir la demanda m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>* <\/em><strong><em>Ratio de Dependencia sobre el Verano<\/em><\/strong><em>: indicador propietario que mide la concentraci\u00f3n de la actividad tur\u00edstica durante el periodo estival.
