Estas son algunas de las conclusiones de nuestro \u00faltimo informe de inteligencia tur\u00edstica sobre este destino, presentado en IFC SkillUp \u2013 The Future Travellers &amp; Markets, organizado por Horwath HTL y el Banco Mundial.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El an\u00e1lisis fue presentado por nuestra Directora de Insights y Asesor\u00eda Tur\u00edstica, Sonia Huerta, en una sesi\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 las perspectivas de Horwath HTL, explicadas por Sini\u0161a Topalovi\u0107, ISHC, Director Global de Asesor\u00eda Tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestros datos indican que <strong>la diversificaci\u00f3n de los impulsores de demanda, especialmente el turismo activo, ofrece una clara oportunidad para que Croacia expanda su demanda durante todo el a\u00f1o y para superar la estacionalidad. <\/strong>Esto, sumado a la excelente percepci\u00f3n de Croacia por parte de los viajeros, crea una ventaja competitiva para este pa\u00eds en el panorama mediterr\u00e1neo; sin embargo, mantener estas altas puntuaciones en los \u00edndices de percepci\u00f3n es clave dada la competencia regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impulsar el crecimiento y la expansi\u00f3n del desarrollo hotelero en Croacia es tambi\u00e9n una prioridad crucial para el pa\u00eds, ya que <strong>el mercado de alojamiento est\u00e1 dominado por los alquileres tur\u00edsticos, que representan el 70% de la demanda, mientras que los hoteles solo captan el 21%.<\/strong> Si bien los hoteles croatas de 4 y 5 estrellas tienen una alta calificaci\u00f3n en cuanto a experiencia, la expansi\u00f3n de la capacidad hotelera en zonas con una disparidad significativa entre alquileres y alojamientos hoteleros es imperativa para satisfacer la demanda actual y mejorar el posicionamiento competitivo del destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Turismo activo para aplanar la curva de estacionalidad en Croacia<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como muestran nuestros datos, <strong>invertir en el desarrollo de productos centrados en experiencias que combinen diversos impulsores de demanda, de alta calidad<\/strong>, y priorizar productos no estacionales como actividades de naturaleza y turismo activo, cultura y gastronom\u00eda podr\u00eda contribuir a abordar la estacionalidad en Croacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para lograr este objetivo, <strong>es fundamental alinear el crecimiento de la conectividad con el objetivo de fortalecer la demanda no estacional<\/strong>, construir una econom\u00eda tur\u00edstica anual m\u00e1s atractiva para empresas e inversores que permita mejorar la oferta de alojamiento y experiencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, <strong>el informe apunta otra recomendaci\u00f3n: acelerar el desarrollo hotelero con el objetivo de reducir la disparidad entre los alquileres tur\u00edsticos y los hoteles. <\/strong>A la vez que se avanza en este objetivo, se subraya la importancia de mantener est\u00e1ndares rigurosos para las viviendas tur\u00edsticas, ajustados a las preferencias de los viajeros, lo que contribuir\u00e1 a satisfacer la demanda mientras se asignan recursos a una estrategia a medio y largo plazo para la expansi\u00f3n hotelera.
