{"id":21085,"date":"2025-09-18T09:19:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T09:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mabrian.com\/?p=21085"},"modified":"2026-06-30T11:54:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:54:54","slug":"estrategias-para-combatir-la-estacionalidad-del-litoral-espanol-segun-el-proyecto-playas-sin-limites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/es\/estrategias-para-combatir-la-estacionalidad-del-litoral-espanol-segun-el-proyecto-playas-sin-limites\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrategias para combatir la estacionalidad del litoral espa\u00f1ol, seg\u00fan el proyecto Playas sin L\u00edmites"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>En el marco del proyecto <em>\u201cPlayas sin l\u00edmite\u201d, <\/em>impulsado por cinco destinos espa\u00f1oles, Almer\u00eda, Costa del Sol, Lanzarote, Pontevedra y Santander; Mabrian ha presentado sus conclusiones, basadas en inteligencia de datos, para contribuir al objetivo de esta iniciativa, mantener la actividad del litoral espa\u00f1ol m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la temporada alta.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almer\u00eda, Costa del Sol, Lanzarote, Pontevedra y Santander, cinco destinos espa\u00f1oles que representan la diversidad de la oferta costera espa\u00f1ola, han concluido el proyecto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.playassinlimites.es\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.playassinlimites.es\/\"><em>Playas sin<\/em> <em>l\u00edmites<\/em><\/a>, que forma parte del programa Experiencias Turismo Espa\u00f1a de la Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Turismo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clausura, a cargo de Ana Mu\u00f1oz, Directora General de Pol\u00edticas Tur\u00edsticas del Ministerio de Industria y Turismo, incluy\u00f3 la entrega de premios a trabajos universitarios de TFG\/TFM que abordan propuestas alineadas con los objetivos de sostenibilidad y desestacionalizaci\u00f3n del litoral espa\u00f1ol. Tambi\u00e9n se presentaron las <strong>conclusiones globales de un estudio elaborado por nuestro equipo de analistas y que propone estrategias para fomentar el consumo continuado y responsable de las zonas costeras espa\u00f1olas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe ha aportado al proyecto un an\u00e1lisis integrado de la propuesta de valor de las localidades costeras que participan en la iniciativa, basado en inteligencia de datos, y <strong>cruzando variables como los intereses, comportamientos y percepci\u00f3n de los viajeros sobre estos destinos, los puntos de inter\u00e9s que construyen la propuesta de valor, y el perfil de demanda de los visitantes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo era determinar \u00e1reas de acci\u00f3n orientadas a alinear la oferta con las tendencias de demanda e identificar oportunidades, para impulsar la diversificaci\u00f3n y la desestacionalizaci\u00f3n del litoral espa\u00f1ol, partiendo de los casos de los cinco destinos que se han sumado al proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Las principales conclusiones son:<em>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una de las principales conclusiones del estudio es que estos destinos han conseguido construir un <strong>mix de demanda heterog\u00e9neo <\/strong>que, aunque a\u00fan muestra cierto nivel de dependencia de la oferta nacional, tiene mucho potencial para atraer viajeros internacionales fuera de temporada. Para profundizar en esta diversificaci\u00f3n de mercados de origen es <strong>fundamental dise\u00f1ar y promocionar experiencias que respondan a sus intereses, lo que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1 a alargar la temporada alta.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"21075\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Diapositiva1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21075\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La primavera es, especialmente entre marzo y junio, una de las ventanas de oportunidad m\u00e1s claras<\/strong> <strong>para impulsar productos y servicios tur\u00edsticos no estacionales<\/strong>, que pongan en valor otros atractivos de estos destinos, colaborando en desarrollar y promocionar \u201cexperiencias enlazadas\u201d. Se trata de actividades que reflejan la autenticidad y aprovechen los espacios naturales de cada destino, y que tambi\u00e9n generan resonancia en la demanda, para invitar a los viajeros a descubrir, a trav\u00e9s de estas experiencias, otros destinos del litoral espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El estudio tambi\u00e9n demuestra que <strong>los viajeros est\u00e1n muy satisfechos con la experiencia de los litorales espa\u00f1oles<\/strong>, a lo largo del a\u00f1o y tambi\u00e9n en temporada alta, aunque <strong>es fundamental cuidar riesgos reputacionales en torno a los servicios que m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n soportan durante la temporada alta<\/strong>, y que generan quejas. Se trata de evitar que la percepci\u00f3n de la experiencia durante la temporada alta afecte de forma negativa la demanda no estacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Como impulsores de demanda no estacionales, destacan los paisajes y la naturaleza, el ambiente relajado y tranquilo, la limpieza, la accesibilidad y el transporte, los servicios y la oferta complementaria disponibles, y la gastronom\u00eda.<\/strong>\u00a0 De hecho, la satisfacci\u00f3n mejora cuando se manejan con habilidad y transparencia las expectativas sobre el destino, en particular sobre los entornos naturales, incluyendo aspectos como la temperatura de las aguas, las condiciones de los espacios naturales, o las particularidades del entorno y los paisajes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del sol y el buen tiempo, los impulsores de demanda que definen la oferta de la costa espa\u00f1ola (<strong>turismo activo, bienestar, cultura y gastronom\u00eda)<\/strong> son los pilares sobre los que construir la oferta no estacional.\u00a0 <strong>Aprovechar las experiencias localizadas, o incluso de nicho, en torno a estos impulsores de demanda es la clave para extender la temporada.<\/strong> <strong>El segmento de turismo inclusivo tiene un enorme potencial,<\/strong> teniendo en cuenta tambi\u00e9n el auge del turismo \u201c<em>silver<\/em>\u201d de origen europeo.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Diapositiva2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21078\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>En general, <strong>las parejas y las familias son la clave para dise\u00f1ar una oferta tur\u00edstica para todo el a\u00f1o<\/strong> que refleje los atractivos espec\u00edficos de cada destino, sus fortalezas y ventajas competitivas m\u00e1s claras, adapt\u00e1ndose a sus necesidades e intereses.
