Esta crisis de salud\np\u00fablica est\u00e1 afectando directamente al sector tur\u00edstico, que se enfrenta a reto\nsin precedentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde Mabrian Technologies, consultora especializada en Inteligencia Tur\u00edstica, han realizado un estudio para cuantificar el impacto de esta crisis para el sector en base a diferentes variables: volumen de menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas con el Coronavirus (COVID-19), \u00cdndice de Seguridad Percibida con el destino y la evoluci\u00f3n de precios de vuelos y de hoteles. El estudio se ha centrado en los principales mercados europeos para Italia: Reino Unido, Alemania, Espa\u00f1a y Francia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Evoluci\u00f3n\nde menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas con el Coronavirus vs Percepci\u00f3n de\nSeguridad con el destino<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La\nplataforma de Mabrian filtra y analiza las menciones con relevancia tur\u00edstica\nen Redes Sociales sobre un destino. Para ello, capta todas las interacciones en\nInstagram y Twitter y descarta todas aquellas que no aportan conocimiento desde\nel punto de vista del visitante o potencial visitante (menciones comerciales,\npol\u00edtica, deportes, spam, menciones de locales, etc.). Adem\u00e1s de una medici\u00f3n\ncuantitativa, la plataforma de Mabrian es capaz de medir el sentimiento en\nvarios aspectos, y en concreto en relaci\u00f3n a la seguridad percibida. De esta\nmanera, han creado un \u00edndice de Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad del destino, que\npermite medir la sensibilidad de los diferentes mercados con respecto a la\ncrisis del Coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de esta muestra se ha analizado la evoluci\u00f3n diaria de ambos indicadores desde en inicio de la crisis del COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Global-1-1-1024x574.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1563\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\nnivel global para el destino Italia, se observa claramente que el impacto de la\ncrisis sanitaria se traslad\u00f3 de inmediato a los indicadores tur\u00edsticos con un\nincremento exponencial de menciones turistas relacionadas con el virus entre el\n20 y el 24 de febrero. Esta punta de menciones coincide pr\u00e1cticamente con la\nmayor ca\u00edda de confianza de los visitantes el d\u00eda 25 de febrero, d\u00f3nde el\n\u00cdndice de Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad cae a su valor m\u00ednimo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\npartir de ese momento, el volumen de menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas con la\ncrisis decae, pero sin embargo, el sentimiento de \u00e9stas en cuanto a la\nPercepci\u00f3n de Seguridad no se recupera al mismo ritmo, marcando una nueva ca\u00edda\na partir del d\u00eda 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al analizar la evoluci\u00f3n de estos indicadores por mercados de origen, podemos detectar diferentes patrones de reacci\u00f3n y sensibilidad a la crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Britanicos-1-1024x581.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1564\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mercado brit\u00e1nico es el que muestra la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s prematura de confianza con el destino, con las primeras informaciones sobre el efecto de la crisis en Italia. Sin embargo, a medida que fueron avanzando los d\u00edas, aument\u00f3 mucho el impacto en numero de menciones tur\u00edsticas, pero la Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad se recuper\u00f3 a mayor ritmo que el resto de mercados analizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Alemanes-1-2024x589.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1565\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mercado alem\u00e1n es el que muestra un menor impacto en volumen de menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas con el virus. Sin embargo, el efecto sobre la confianza con el destino es notable. La ca\u00edda de confianza m\u00e1xima coincide con el momento de m\u00e1s repercusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Espanol-1-1024x585.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1566\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mercado espa\u00f1ol ha sido el que m\u00e1s ha notado el impacto de la crisis en relaci\u00f3n al n\u00famero de menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas con el Coronavirus. La Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad cae notablemente en los d\u00edas \u00e1lgidos de volumen de menciones. Sin embargo, es el segundo mercado m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido en recuperar confianza por detr\u00e1s de los brit\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Franceses-1-2024x580.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1567\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El\nmercado franc\u00e9s es el que muestra el mayor grado de sensibilidad con la crisis\nen Italia. Pese que el impacto en volumen de menciones tur\u00edsticas relacionadas\nes menor que en el caso de espa\u00f1oles y brit\u00e1nicos, el efecto en la ca\u00edda de la\nPercepci\u00f3n de Seguridad es m\u00e1s acentuado, mostrando adem\u00e1s pocos signos de\nrecuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las\naerol\u00edneas reajustan la oferta. Evoluci\u00f3n de los precios medios de vuelos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los grandes afectados de esta crisis est\u00e1n siendo las compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas que, tras la ca\u00edda dr\u00e1stica de demanda, se han visto obligadas a bajar precios y cancelar conexiones. Mabrian nos ayuda a medir este impacto monitorizando la evoluci\u00f3n de los precios medios de los vuelos para volar a Italia entre el 17 de febrero y el 30 de marzo, en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior. Para el estudio se han tomado como muestra los 25 principales aeropuertos de Italia y todas las ruta y aerol\u00edneas que operan desde los pa\u00edses de origen analizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/datappeal.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/vuelos-1-1024x862.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1568\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El\nmercado que m\u00e1s afectado se ha visto en relaci\u00f3n a los precios de vuelos es el\nbrit\u00e1nico, con una bajada media para el periodo de un 33%,&nbsp; llegando incluso a ca\u00eddas de un 43% para\nviajar a Italia durante la \u00faltima semana de marzo. Los precios medios semanales\ndesde Espa\u00f1a y Francia caen en menor medida (alrededor de un 10% en promedio),\npero marcan diferencias de un 30% para viajar en la \u00faltima semana de marzo.\nAlemania es el \u00fanico mercado de los analizados en el que los precios medios de\nvuelos muestra cierta estabilidad con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, mostrando\nincluso un repunte medio de un 10%, hecho que puede estar relacionado con la\ntipolog\u00eda de aerol\u00edneas que conectan el pa\u00eds germano con Italia (regular vs low\ncost).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los\nhoteleros sin margen de reacci\u00f3n. Evoluci\u00f3n de los precios medios <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hoteles son la parte del sector que menos poder de reacci\u00f3n tiene ante esta dr\u00e1stica ca\u00edda de demanda. Esto supone que la repercusi\u00f3n de la crisis est\u00e1 siendo m\u00e1s acentuada para ellos, arrastrando los precios medios a ca\u00eddas de m\u00e1s de un 30% en algunos casos. Mabrian nos muestra la evoluci\u00f3n interanual de los precios medios semanales para reservas de estancias hoteleras entre el 1 y el 19 de marzo hechas con dos semanas de antelaci\u00f3n.
